Dishwasher Test System
Solution:
An integrated application was developed using the Delphin TopMessage Datalogger in combination with ProfiSignal Basic. The software is easy to use and the customer developed the whole application by themselves. The powerful software channels configures the TopMessage to calculate the flow rate and overall water consumption. The data storage is triggered for every bay individually through command buttons inside the application. The Thermocouples and flow sensors are connected directly to the devices without the need for any intermediate converters.
The data of every test cycle is recorded to the 1GB TopMessage memory which has a capacity of 128 million data records. In addition the data of every test cycle is archived automatically to a data base with the ProfiSignal application by using the built-in Recorder function.
The application is organized in 7 bays and every bay can be operated individually by using the corresponding start / stop buttons. With the overall control screen, the operator can see the status of each bay and the current water consumption. Using additional navigation button he can open a trend diagram to see the consumption, flow rate and temperature in an online trend.
