We offer sophisticated datalogging solutions expressly designed for your automotive and vehicle monitoring applications including emissions monitoring, engine performance validation, and diagnostics for many other projects. Our products include the versatile Rebel Vehicle Data Logger, a flexible and powerful device collecting a wide range of signals including OBD, CAN, analog and GPS. Designed for vehicle test and OEM engineering data acquisition, these data loggers capture real-time data from several sources including temperatures, RPM, brake and throttle settings, latitude, longitude, speed, etc. - all without requiring extra instrumentation or user interaction for long periods of time. The Rebel’s powerful communications technologies also include Bluetooth wireless for local data monitoring and upload.

We also offer our dataTaker CANgate CAN-to-ASCII gateway, which filters and converts CAN (Controller Area Network) and GPS (Global Positioning System) data to serial ASCII data. These gateways have been designed to capture the real-time automotive data available on CAN and GPS networks (e.g. temperatures, RPM, brake/throttle settings, latitude, longitude, speed etc.) and pass that information on to either a dataTaker data logger or host computer system. The dataTaker CANgate also includes a GPS interface to allow integration of the positional and other information available from GPS systems.
