The new ADsim software package from Jager Systems allows signal processing models developed in Simulink to be converted to C code, compiled and executed on ADwin Real-Time Systems including the ADwin-Gold-II and ADwin-Pro-II.

With ADsim, you can insert functional blocks which map to ADwin input and output hardware into a model and connect them with other Simulink functions. The software will then generate the C code for the model, compile it using the VisualDSP environment, transfer it to the ADwin system and start execution. For development and debugging, the ADsimDesk program allows viewing and modifying signals and parameters as the model runs.

ADwin systems provide very high performance, real-time data acquisition and control for demanding applications in research, manufacturing and test and measurement. The ADwin hardware includes a variety of tightly coupled interfaces including:

* Analog inputs and outputs
* Digital inputs and outputs
* Multi-function counters inputs and PWM outputs
* CANbus interfaces
* RS-232 Serial and SSI interfaces
* Profibus and FlexRay interfaces
