Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.

1. Go to our RMA Request Page or call to request an RMA#.
2. Once you receive the RMA#, Send your item to

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned. These include pre-programmed loggers and modified units.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Engineering fees and special orders can not be cancelled or returned.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your unit is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different unit. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are EXW Chesterland OH.

All Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours, Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Partial Shipments

If an item goes on back order we will ask if you would like a partial shipment of the items in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.

Purchase Order Policy

1. When placing an order make sure you include the following information on your Purcase Order:

2. Include your first and last name (purchaser) along with the name of the user, if other than yourself.
3. Specifiy Ship To and Bill To addresses.
4. Include Phone Number and Email Address
5. Note wether you are taxable or exempt. Please include your tax exempt number if applicable.
6. Terms are Net 30 days with approval. New customers must provide 3 trade and 1 bank reference. A late payment charge of 1.5% per month may be applied to any past due balance. 7. All purchases are EXW Chesterland, OH 8. No return will be accepted after 10 working days. You must call for a RMA# prior to any returns. 9. Engineering fees cannot be cancelled.
