ESCORT Console for Windows ® Software
ESCORT Data Logging Systems Ltd are proud to announce the release of Console software for downloading and programming the whole range of ESCORT data logging products. ESCORT Console software is a new and intuitive software approach which makes it even easier to use full functionality of all ESCORT data loggers and ChartReaders.
Process oriented download and programming menus allow the beginner to follow the step by step format while the experienced user can go straight to the tabs they require and hence finish the process as quickly as they wish. The ‘Tip of the Day’ provides information and hints on special features and how to make optimum use of the software. As a further benefit, the extensive “Help” file , which can also be printed and used as a Manual, supports Users in their proficient use of Escort Data Logging products.
ESCORT Console software requires the operating system to be Windows 98, NT or later.
Console Standard Version
ESCORT Console Standard software is free and can be downloaded directly from the ESCORT Data Logging Systems website www.EscortDLS.com. The published version is able to run all ESCORT data logging products including the latest release.
The Standard functionality can be compared favourably with the current ESCORT for Windows and has added benefits of enhanced ease of use, Tip of the Day and an extensive Help file. ESCORT Console Standard software will allow the User to see the features and benefits of the Professional version of Console in “greyed out” format. This permits the User to evaluate the potential for purchasing the Professional Version.
Console Professional Version
ESCORT Console Professional (available as JA-SWP-CON) has many additional features Users will find valuable for detailed analysis of recorded conditions

To upgrade Standard to the Professional version, the user has to obtain a site key by submitting the site code (as shown in the registration dialog, which is accessible through the Licence command in the Help menu) to their distributor.
User Admin Package for compliance with US FDA Title 21 CFR Part 11
ESCORT Console Professional in conjunction with the User Admin Package has been developed to enable organisations to comply with the US FDA Title 21 CFR Part 11. The User Admin Package (available as JA-SWP-UAP) was built to set up a database of Console Professional users on a network or single PC. The User Admin Package will allow the access to the User Login and Electronic Signature features in the ESCORT Console Professional software to be enabled. When the User Admin Package is not available these commands will be greyed out.
As the User Admin Package is a separate piece of software, it can be installed on a server, thus restricting access to user data to the server administrator. The user database contains all the options necessary to establish unique electronic signatures and file tracking as required by FDA Title 21 CFR Part 11.
Due the high security levels required for FDA Title 21 CFR Part 11 compliance the ideal setup for the User Admin Package is i n a network environment with general user administration in place. In order to ensure only the authorized user can produce a user database, the User Admin Package needs to be licensed by submitting a site code to their distributor and entering the returned site key into the registration dialog.

ESCORT Web Track (EWT) is a database driven Internet based Cold Chain Management system designed to give its users maximum track and trace capabilities when shipping temperature sensitive goods and materials, effortless and meaningful data management capabilities and greater control over their cold chain on a global scale.
The sole purpose of EWT is to provide users with a more Comprehensive Cold Chain Management System, which ensures that their documentation and compliance systems are more efficient and effective.
The EWT website can be configured to contain all data relevant to both the Shipper and Receiver of products. EWT communicates directly with ESCORT data loggers via an ActiveX plug-in which is automatically installed on a user’s computer when they first attempt to program or download an ESCORT logger. User access to the EWT is secure and is password controlled.
All files downloaded and reviewed via EWT are automatically signed with a digital signature. The digital signatures system used in EWT utilises 128 bit SSL encryption. In addition administrator users (managers) have the ability to create multiple digital signature meanings and assign these meanings to individual users for manual signing of files.
The system is hosted by a Microsoft Gold certified company on secure servers. Access to the EWT service is 99%
