Logging Temperature with Thermocouple Data Loggers
Concrete maturity is calculated by logging the elapsed time vs. temperature. It is shown as a Maturity Number which is then used to determine when the concrete has cured sufficiently so the sensor cables can be removed. For these concrete curing applications, we offer our Concrete Maturity Meter Kit from Grant to help ensure that the pour correctly sets due to stable temperatures.
This cost-effective data logger is expressly designed to monitor concrete temperatures even in the worst weather, protected inside the included weatherproof case. When the memory is full, it’s easy to connect the Grant logger to a PC or laptop using the USB interface and download all the data. Our convenient kit also includes 6 Type K or T thermocouple inputs along with SquirrelView software for data analysis and viewing temperature profiles in custom graphs and charts.
