In these challenging times, we wanted to take a moment to update you on how we’re responding to the ongoing health concerns related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
First, let us say that our thoughts are with all of those affected by the virus. To those who are ill, or have loved ones battling this infection, we wish you and yours a speedy recovery. Much like you, we’re continuously monitoring the evolution of this situation as we balance safety with business continuity.
With that in mind, we have taken many steps to ensure the health and well-being of our employees. We recently made the decision to make remote work the default for all CAS DataLoggers employees until it is safe to return to our normal office environment. In doing so, we are taking all possible steps to ensure that there are minimal disruptions to our current and prospective customers in their need to obtain and service data logging equipment.
Please be advised that there may be disruptions to order fulfillment and shipping as we navigate this state of business. We will do all that we can to maintain our usual level of customer service and support until things return to a more normal state.
At this time, our business hours will remain 8:00 AM EDT – 5:00 PM EDT Monday – Thursday and 8:00 AM EDT – 4:30 PM EDT on Fridays.
