Real-Time Recording
Grant Squirrel SQ2020 Wi-Fi Handheld data loggers combine high performance and universal inputs with Wi-Fi wireless Ethernet networking in a compact and rugged housing. With 24-bit ADC converters for high accuracy, 100Hz sample speed, and removable memory, the SQ2020 is ready for operation in industrial, lab and environmental applications.
Squirrel data loggers provide standalone data acquisition and data analysis right out of the box. Each model features a configurable built-in display (128*97-dot LCD screen) and 4-button keypad, making them ideal for applications where portability and stand-alone operation are required.
For extended recording, Squirrel loggers can store up to 14 million points of data storage on their non-volatile internal memory and also utilize a removable MMC/SD card. Additionally, each data logger within the Squirrel range is protected by a 3-year warranty.

Record Anywhere
The standard logger’s 8 differential (16 single-ended) universal analog inputs connect to many different sensor types. The SQ2020 data logger also features 2 high voltage, 4 pulse rate/counter inputs and 8 digital event/state inputs taking measurements at a high 0.05% precision. 4 alarm/relay outputs connect to alarm lights or sirens to notify users on alarm conditions.
For convenient data collection, Squirrel data loggers feature USB and RS232 connectivity, and onboard RS232 communications features can also be connected to a PSTN or GSM modem. Our Squirrel WiFi Data Loggers add integral Wi-Fi wireless Ethernet networking for remote monitoring capability. The data loggers are powered from internal cells or an external power supply connection.
Expanded Channels
If you need additional channels, Grant’s SQ2040 series loggers provide high-speed logging on up to four channels and twice as many universal input channels as the SQ2020 series. This provides great flexibility to handle a wide range of complex and demanding multi-channel applications such as high-speed vehicle testing or engine monitoring.
Setup & Download Software Included:
Grant Squirrel data loggers also include SquirrelView setup and download PC software at no extra cost. This user-friendly interface allows users to quickly setup the data logger, download collected data, and directly export the data to a PC application such as Microsoft Excel™. SquirrelView Plus offers graphical data analysis, advanced reporting options and more. Users can choose to configure the Squirrel logger via integral interface or a PC.
