Purchase Order Policy

We are happy to do business on a purchase order basis, but you must call our offices at 1-800-956-4437 to do so.

1. When placing an order make sure you include the following information on your Purchase Order:

2. Include your first and last name (purchaser) along with the name of the user, if other than yourself.

3. Specify Ship To and Bill To addresses.

4. Include Phone Number and Email Address

5. Note whether you are taxable or exempt. Please include your tax exempt number if applicable.

6. Terms are Net 30 days with approval. New customers must provide 3 trade and 1 bank reference. A late payment charge of 2% per month may be applied to any past due balance.

7. All purchases are EXW Chesterland, OH

8. No return will be accepted after 10 working days. You must call for a RMA # prior to any returns.

9. Engineering fees, special orders and calibration cannot be canceled.
