The EL-WiFi-TP+-PROBE-G allows remote vaccine monitoring and data collection over a WiFi network, viewable from any internet enabled device including smartphone, tablet or PC using the FilesThruTheAir Cloud service. Set-up high and low alarms and receive instant email alerts when temperatures become too hot or cold in the fridge or freezer.
The Lascar EL-WiFi-TP+ utilizes a high precision sensor to measure temperature and is accurate to ±0.1˚C. The glycol bottle supplied with the probe helps dampen temperature variations due to door opening/closing and compressor cycling to provide measurements that more accurately mimic product temperature. Data is wirelessly transmitted via a WiFi network to a PC and viewed using a frees software package. The wireless connection requires 802.11b compliant WiFi router/network and is also compatible with Enterprise Networks from September 2013.
The EL-WiFi-TP+ is a low powered battery device. If configured using typical transmission times (e.g. once every 5 minutes) the sensor will operate for over one year (at room temperature). The battery can then be recharged via a PC or USB +5V wall adapter using the USB lead provided or can be permanently powered by the USB wall adapter.
