Lascar Thermometer data loggers are handheld temperature data recorders with an external probe and graphical display.

These robust, easy to use handheld devices take and record temperature readings via their attached k-type probes that are supplied with the units. A large touchscreen, color display indicates temperature, maximum and minimum readings and will produce a graph of the data.
