Machine Monitoring Data Loggers
Selection of machine monitoring data loggers for commercial, industrial, utility & construction equipment. Monitor and record runtime/uptime, preventative maintenance, condition, performance, energy, fault isolation, QC.
Machine monitoring data loggers can be used for all types of commercial, industrial, utility and construction equipment monitoring. These applications encompass many different types of needs:
- Runtime/uptime measurement
- Preventative maintenance
- Condition monitoring
- Performance tracking
- Energy monitoring/conservation
- Fault isolation
- Quality control
We offer two categories of products:
- Dedicated data loggers which are designed for a specific function such as temperature recording or AC voltage measurements.
- Universal input data loggers which can be outfitted with a variety of sensors to record a variety of parameters simultaneously such as temperature, current, voltage, pressure, flow or nearly any other value to track machine conditions in real time. MODbus connectivity can also collect data form existing controllers.
For example, we provide dedicated event loggers to track machine run-time or parts count, AC power loggers to record incoming voltage, and current and vibration analyzers to look at the dynamic behavior of rotating or moving equipment.
