Thermocouple insertion probe with molded ABS handle designed for food applications.  Probe is 6″ long with a point to allow easier insertion into meat, vegetables or fruit. Maximum temperature that the handle can be exposed to is 150°F. Retractable coiled cord. Good for cool down or spot check applications
